What a year for roses this has been! They are lovely in shades of pink and yellow and everything in between, and coming on by the dozens. I love roses! (Click on the photos to get a larger view.)

And sadly, the roses are done now...at least the ones in this picture. But we have carpet roses in the front of the house, and carefree delights near where these are, all along the back of the garage and they will bloom all summer. The plants along the fence are on the verge of bursting into bloom, too. It's such fun to see what will bloom next. Thanks for your note, Catmom! : )
